What am I buying?
The digital PDF documents described in the product listing, licensed for the purchasing person or business’s internal use at one facility unless a different scope is expressly agreed. Equipment and consumables are not included.
Are all PDFs fillable or editable?
Only the fields and formats expressly described in a listing are included. Some products have interactive record fields; PDF artwork and wording may be fixed. Word files, design files and unlocked source files are not included unless listed.
Does buying an SOP make a facility compliant?
No. The facility remains responsible for current legal permissions, equipment verification, risk assessment, validation where required, staff training and approval of its site version. VAULT does not certify a facility or guarantee an audit result.
How do downloads and cancellations work?
Download access follows successful payment and order processing. The delivery and refund policies explain access support and cancellation. Immediate delivery does not by itself remove applicable consumer cancellation rights.
Can VAULT adapt documents for my site?
Contact Luke to discuss a separately agreed scope, outputs, price and delivery schedule. A standard catalogue purchase does not include a custom adaptation service or future revisions unless expressly stated.
