A clear licence for internal use
Unless the product page or a separate written agreement expressly grants a different scope, a paid VAULT download is licensed to one purchasing person or business for internal use at one operating facility. The licence covers the version purchased. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
What you may do
- Download and keep working and backup copies for the licensed facility.
- Print and share the documents with that facility's authorised staff and contractors who need them for internal work or training.
- Complete designated fillable fields and prepare site-specific internal adaptations, identifying your amendments and obtaining the necessary approvals.
- Provide controlled access to professional advisers, auditors or regulators where required for the facility's review or legal obligations.
The supplied file format is the one stated in the listing. A licence to adapt does not mean editable Word files, design files or unlocked source artwork are included. Only fields described as fillable are promised as interactive.
Restrictions
- Do not resell, sublicense, publicly upload or distribute VAULT content as a template, training product or competing document library.
- Do not share the original or adapted content across additional businesses or facilities without the appropriate written licence.
- Retain applicable copyright and attribution notices. Mark site amendments so they are distinguishable from the purchased reference.
- Do not present a VAULT download as a licence to operate, a manufacturer approval or evidence of GMP, GACP or other regulatory certification.
Before operational use
Documents are reference frameworks for lawfully operating organisations. The facility must verify the content against its equipment, current manufacturer instructions, risk assessments, quality system and jurisdiction. Authorised personnel must review, adapt, validate where required, approve and control the site version and train its users. A printed authorisation on a reference PDF is not an approval for your facility.
Updates and additional sites
Future revisions, regulatory monitoring, implementation services and additional-site rights are included only if expressly stated in your order. For an extended licence or a custom scope, contact vaultsopsystems@gmail.com. Consumer and other mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
