Who may enter
Residents of the United Kingdom or the United States aged 21 or over may enter, except residents of Rhode Island or US territories. Employees of the promoter, anyone administering the promotion, and their immediate families are excluded. Entrants must have internet access and an Instagram account. Obtain employer permission if entering on behalf of a workplace. Void where prohibited.
Entry period
Entries open when the official giveaway launch post is published by @vaultsopsystems on 27 September 2026 and close on 4 October 2026 at 20:00 British Summer Time. Closing time is 19:00 UTC, 15:00 Eastern Daylight Time and 12:00 Pacific Daylight Time. Entries received outside that period are not eligible.
Free entry
Follow @vaultsopsystems on Instagram and comment on that post with the area that would help your team most: operator training, batch records or handovers. One entry per person, regardless of the number of accounts or comments. The earliest qualifying comment counts. The content of an answer does not affect the odds. No purchase, payment, tagging or sharing is required. A purchase or share gives no extra entry. Comments must remain available for verification at closing. Automated, duplicate, impersonated or fraudulent entries are ineligible.
Prize and value
There is one prize: the VAULT Solventless Processing Department Pack — Wash, Press & Collection, with an advertised retail value of £499 GBP at launch. It comprises the 12-page Osprey master and 20-page Sasquash Yeti master, supplied as two digital PDFs with their included record pages. The prize grants one facility's authorised internal professional use of the documents; no intellectual-property ownership, resale, redistribution or sublicensing rights transfer. No cash alternative is offered. Any applicable taxes on receiving the prize are the winner's responsibility. Facility approval, training and validation remain necessary; receipt does not certify regulatory compliance.
Selection and notification
One eligible entry will be chosen on 5 October 2026 using a recorded, verifiably random computer draw. Each eligible entrant has an equal chance; the odds depend on the number of valid entries. The promoter will contact the selected entrant from the same Instagram account that published the launch post by 20:00 BST on 5 October, by direct message and a reply to their entry comment. No payment will be requested. The selected entrant has 72 hours from the direct message to respond. If contact is restricted, they should contact the promoter after seeing the public reply. Only information reasonably needed to confirm age, location, entry eligibility and delivery will be requested privately.
Claim and delivery
If the selected entrant is ineligible, declines, or does not respond within 72 hours, another eligible entrant will be drawn by the same method and given 72 hours to respond. The prize will be delivered by secure digital download within seven days of a verified claim. There is no delivery or claim fee. The winner needs a device and compatible PDF reader; no purchase from the promoter is required to use the files.
Winner information
To demonstrate that a valid award took place, the promoter will make the winner’s surname and county or state available on request by email to vaultsopsystems@gmail.com until 4 January 2027. Entrants may object to disclosure or ask that less information be released by contacting the promoter. The promoter may still need to provide appropriate award evidence to a regulator. Photographs, testimonials or wider promotional use of the winner’s identity are optional and require separate permission.
Privacy
The promoter will use entry usernames, comments and verification records to administer the draw, prevent duplicate entries and deliver the prize. Only the selected entrant will be asked for an email address and details needed to verify eligibility. Draw records will be kept for 90 days after prize delivery, then deleted or anonymised unless needed for an unresolved complaint or a legal obligation. Prize accounting records may be retained where required by law. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing emails or authorise unsolicited sales messages. Public comments remain subject to Instagram’s settings and policies. Fair administration
The promoter will administer the promotion fairly and preserve the published entry conditions. The closing date will not be extended because of low participation. Any unavoidable change will be communicated promptly and handled without unfairly disadvantaging existing entrants. Nothing in these rules excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions or complaints should be sent to the promoter.
